1. My dog already has dental sticks — why add this?
   Most dental sticks don’t contain any nutritional support. Ours does both: clean and strengthen.
2. Can I give this to puppies or seniors?
   Yes — it’s safe for adult dogs and ideal for growing puppies or aging joints.
3. I already give my dogs a calcium supplement - isn’t that enough?
   That’s great — you’re clearly already invested in your dog’s health. But not all calcium is created equal, and most supplements miss two critical things: vitamin D3 for absorption, and phosphorus for proper balance.
4. I already give dairy/curd — is that enough?
   Curd has calcium, but little to no vitamin D3, and the balance of Ca:P is often off. That limits actual absorption. Calcium without D3 is like water without a glass — your dog just can’t use it properly. And if the Ca:P ratio is off, it can stress the bones instead of supporting them.
5. Are these treats safe for all dog breeds and sizes?
   Yes, our treats are formulated to suit all breeds and sizes for dogs older than 2 months. However, we recommend checking the feeding guidelines based on your dog's weight and age.
6. Can these treats replace my dog's regular diet?
   No, these treats are designed to supplement a balanced diet, not replace it. We recommend introducing these to your pet in addition to their current diet to see optimal results.
7. What is the best way to introduce these treats to my dog?
   We recommend offering tiny pieces initially yout to help your dog adjust to the new treats. Alternatively, you could also crush a tiny piece and add that to your dog’s meal. Our soft chews are designed to be easily broken into smaller bites, perfect for gradual introductions. Once your dog is used to the treats, you can work your way up to the recommended amount as per the feeding guidelines.
8. Can I feed multiple types of your treats to my dog in a day?
   Yes, you can mix and match as long as the total quantity does not exceed the recommended daily limit.
9. Do I still need to give my dog supplements if they eat these treats?
   Our treats are a great way to supplement your dog’s diet. However, for specific health concerns, consult your vet about additional supplements/medicines.
10. How should I store these treats?
    Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, make sure to close the airtight to maintain freshness.
11. What is the shelf life of these treats?
    Our treats have a shelf life of 18 months. Check the back of the packet for the expiry date.
12. How soon can I expect to see results?
    You may start noticing improvements after 3 months, but results can vary depending on your dog’s unique needs.
